Avison Young announced the sale of 760 Lakeside Drive, a 63,809-square-foot multitenant office/warehouse building located in the Grand Tri-State Business Park in Gurnee, Illinois.
Eric Fischer, Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, and Michael Scadron of Avison Young were the sole brokers in the transaction. The buyer was Boston based Cabot Properties. The building was fully leased at the time of purchase. The seller was a private investor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
