Avison Young announced today it has negotiated a long-term, 25,840-square-foot office lease on behalf of its client, Dean & Draper Insurance, in Houston.
The space is located at 1177 West Loop South, an 18-story Class-A office building known as Eleven77.
Avison Young Principals Anthony Squillante and Dustin Devine, who are out of the firm’s Houston office, represented the tenant. The landlord, Hicks Ventures, was represented by Transwestern Real Estate Services by Kelli Gault, Doug Little and John Heard.
Dean & Draper Insurance is relocating from 3131 W Alabama in the Greenway Plaza submarket and will be increasing its space by roughly 40%. The firm will occupy the entire tenth floor and a portion of the eighth floor.
Situated along Buffalo Bayou, Eleven77 offers direct access to major thoroughfares, unobstructed views of both Memorial Park and Downtown Houston and proximity to a variety of high-end retail and dining options. The building features updated communal areas, a fitness center with country-club-style locker rooms, a conference center, outdoor seating areas and an on-site café.
