Avison Young Principal Mike Jacobs, Principal & Managing Director Lisa Maki, and Vice President Jordan Powell represented the seller, Jim Jacobs, Managing Partner of SilverPine Investments along with Chapman Capital. The buyer, an accounting firm who will use the space for its business, was represented by Crews Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield.
