Avison Young closes sale of 90,000-square-foot manufacturing building in Mount Juliet

Avison Young arranged the sale of a 90,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 380 Aldi Blvd. in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, for $14,45 million.

Superior Enterprise Holdings, a national designer, provider and installer of turnkey electrical solutions, purchased the property to relocate its Nashville operations from 148 Park South Court.

Situated on more than 20 acres, the property was built in 2006 and features 15,000 (sf) of office space, 14 loading doors, two drive-in doors and additional land for expansion or a new building.

Buist Richardson, SIOR and Sue Earnest, CCIM, both Principals based in Avison Young’s Nashville office represented the seller, Tachi-S Engineering in the transaction. Charles Hawkins, Tee Patterson and Jake Morris of Charles Hawkins represented the buyer.
