Avison Young has completed the sale of 750 Anthony Trail in Northbrook, Illinois. The asking price on the property was $4.6 million. No other financial terms were disclosed.
The 63,305-square-foot showroom and warehouse, formerly owned and occupied by Damar Natural Stone, was acquired by Underwriters Laboratories.
Damar Stone was represented by Avison Young Principals Brett Kroner and Keith Puritz, and Eric Fischer, a senior vice president. The buyer was represented by Al Caruana and Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield.
The building is situated on a 4.24-acre site in the Sky Harbor Industrial Park and includes 12,000 sf of office space, 34-foot clear height and 72-foot deep loading docks.
