Damla Gerhart, principal and managing director of the Avison Young‘s Chicago office announced the strategic hiring of Emily Marquardt as a vice president and agency leasing broker, with a focus on office leasing services in the greater Chicago area.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Marquardt was vice president at Telos Group, LLC in Chicago where she represented various building owners in leasing and marketing to increase occupancy, retain value and create competitive advantages for 7.96 million square feet with an aggregate asset value over $2.016 billion.
Emily graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in communication and culture, with a minor in business.
