Heather Norman has joined the St. Louis office of Avison Young as operations and office manager. Norman’s responsibilities include overseeing the financial, human resources and day-to-day operations of the firm.
Norman has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1997. Before joining Avison Young-St. Louis she held both operations and administrative roles at Colliers International, Gateway Commercial, and Hilliker Corporation—all located in St. Louis.
A resident of Waterloo, Illinois, Norman is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association, where she participates in multiple projects, including managing their “Little Hats/Big Hearts” program. Under her leadership, the program of volunteers annually produce thousands of crocheted hats for women and babies at dozens of hospitals and facilities in the region.
