Avison Young announced today that it has arranged a new 4,647 square-foot (sf) lease on the 2nd floor in the redeveloped two-building 100,000 square-feet (sf) Mural Park, a creative office and commercial redevelopment at 924 W 19th Pl. in the Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago.
One Six Solutions, the tenant, was represented by Avison Young’s Konstantine Sepsis, Danny Nikitas, Matt Ward, and Melissa Hemberger, all based in the firm’s Chicago office. After an extensive search of the local marketplace, One Six Solutions chose to relocate their headquarters to Mural Park.
“Mural Park is an ideal location right along the City of Chicago’s new El Paseo, a 4-mile “rails-to-trails” corridor, connecting University Village with Pilsen and Little Village, which will attract many people to the area.” said Sepsis. “The development embraces the roots and authenticity of Pilsen and enhances the multi-faceted dimensions of creative tenants like One Six Solutions,” said Ward.
Founded in 2013, One Six Solutions is a full-service IT Consulting firm with a heavy focus on delivering data engineering and custom software engineering services to customers of all industries. The team, which averages 10 years of consulting experience provides analytics and software development services for clients looking to leverage cloud technologies.
