Avison Young appointed Tate Krosschell as Avison Young principal and managing director of the firm’s Minneapolis office. Krosschell brings a decade of commercial real estate expertise with clients representing institutional and local relationships, as well as strategic business expansion and management experience to her new position.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Krosschell served as vice president with Transwestern, where she helped the team grow its suburban listing portfolio by 300 percent. Krosschell’s career also included experience with Cushman & Wakefield, where she was named industry “Rising Star of the Year,” and CBRE.

Krosschell will succeed Mark Evenson, principal, who will remain with the firm and focus his efforts on his occupier services practice. Evenson has successfully overseen the growth of Avison Young’s Minneapolis business for the past seven years through the addition of top-tier clients and talent to the organization.
