Avison Young negotiates 212,000 square feet of lease renewals in Nashville

Avison Young has negotiated two lease renewals totaling 212,000 square feet for Evergreen Industrial Properties and its parent, IvanhoƩ Cambridge, in Nashville.

The properties are located at 501 and 1016 Space Park South Drive within the Space Park South business park. The tenant is CAM International, a Canadian-based auto parts distributor.

Avison Young Principals Sue Earnest and Buist Richardson and Associate Sarah James, who are all based in the firm’s Nashville office, represented the landlord. NorthStar Real Estate represented the tenant.

IvanhoƩ Cambridge is a global investment, development and management firm based in Montreal. The company acquired the portfolio through its acquisition of Evergreen Industrial Properties in 2017.
