Avison Young negotiated a 10-year, 61,861-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of the tenant, Flow Control Group, at 3550 N. Highway 161 Building 2 in Grand Prairie, Texas.
Avison Young Principal Mike B. Kennedy and Associate Chet Hall represented FCG, a major North American distributor and service provider specializing in flow control, fluid handling, and industrial automation. The landlord, Molto Properties, was represented by Kacy Jones, Steve Koldyke, and Brian Gilchrist of CBRE.
Built in 2024, the space will serve as both an assembly and warehouse facility for FCG with full move-in anticipated for July 1, 2026. This new space represents a consolidation of four operational locations across the DFW region.
