Avison Young negotiated a long-term, 72,761-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of its client, STATS International, Inc, a pipeline services firm. Situated on 10 acres, the three-building property is located at 3782 Reese Road in Rosenberg, Texas, and will be used for pipeline services maintenance and manufacturing.
Avison Young Principals Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe, who are out of the firm’s Houston office, represented the tenant. The landlord, The Welcome Group, was represented in-house by Ryan Wasaff, Brad Berry and Cole Bercher.
The property features a 56,482-square-foot warehouse building and two smaller buildings totaling 1,522-square feet and 32,000 square feet.
