Avison Young negotiated a full-building, 88,601-square-foot industrial lease on behalf of the tenant, STATS International, Inc., an oil field equipment supplier. The property is located at 6401 N. Eldridge Parkway Building U in Houston.
Avison Young Principals Anthony Squillante and Drew Coupe, who are out of the firm’s Houston office, represented STATS International. The landlord, Brennan Investment Group, was represented by John Ferruzzo and Jack Ferruzzo with KBC Advisors, as well as Ryan Wasaff and Cole Bercher with Welcome Group.
STATS will occupy the facility in approximately 45 days and is relocating from within Houston’s northwest submarket.
