Avison Young-St. Louis represented Great Ledge Development in the sale of an 11-acre property to NorthPoint Development. The property is located on the corner of James S. McDonnell Blvd. and Byassee Drive near the Boeing campus in Hazelwood, Missouri. The sales price was $1.93 million.

The site is the former home of St. Louis Steel Products. It is currently vacant and can be developed as a logistics hub and warehouse space, with offices for executives and administrative personnel.

Steve Stradal and Tim Convy with Avison Young’s St. Louis office represented Great Ledge Development in the transaction. Brian Bush and Will Mura from CBRE represented NorthPoint.

NorthPoint Development is a private real estate investment firm. The firm entered the St. Louis Market in 2013 and owns more than 4.5 million square feet here.
