Avison Young will be handling the exclusive sale listing for a fully-leased, 55,000-square-foot FedEx distribution building at 500 Commerce Ave. in Aurora, Illinois.
The building has been 100 percent leased to FedEx since it was built in 1994 by Jones Development.
The facility includes a center spine conveyor belt, five dock doors and five drive-in doors. Over the last 22 years, FedEx has continued to invest in the building, keeping its distribution features up to date and demonstrating FedEx’s desire for continued tenancy at this location.
Avison Young Principals Erik Foster and Mike Wilson, who lead the firm’s national industrial capital markets team in Chicago, along with Principal John Moysey, who specializes in office and industrial acquisitions and dispositions, will represent the seller.
