Avison Young has been tapped by Cornerstone Financial Credit Union to market a 1.32-acre development site at 1701 21st Ave. in Nashville.

The property, which encompasses a four story, 30,359-square-foot office building and over an acre of parking lot/vacant land has been listed at $15 million.

The listing is being spearheaded by Jordan Powell, Vice President of Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group alongside Principals Lisa Maki, who is also Managing Director of the firm’s Nashville office and Mike Jacobs.

Located in the heart of Hillsboro Village directly across from Vanderbilt University with extensive frontage along 21st Avenue, the property has served as Cornerstone Financial Credit Union’s headquarters for over 40 years. The buyer could renovate the existing office building, which will be delivered vacant, to attract new tenants, develop a new mixed-use development entirely or a combination of the two.
