Mark Johnson, executive vice president of healthcare services for Avison Young, has been named to the Chicago Council of The Health Care Institute. He was one of five professionals selected for the council. He is based in Avison Young’s Rosemont, IL office.
Johnson has more than 20 years of experience and specializes in working with healthcare providers and investors on a national basis. He has extensive experience working with national healthcare brokerage and development firms and has held several leadership positions at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.
The council was launched recently to support the national organization’s efforts to enhance the skills of facility management professionals across the country. The Chicago Council, which is part of the Midwest Council, will provide local meetings, educational programs and networking events.
