Axilla Capital recently closed a $2.3 million loan to refinance a portfolio of four apartment complexes on the campus of Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Mich.
Joel Mazur, principal of Axilla Capital, originated the transaction and secured the financing.
The student-housing portfolio consists of 201 North Huron Street, 509 West Forest Avenue, 701/705 Emmet Street and 712 Washtenaw Avenue. The properties contain a total of 60 apartments.
