Todd Leinberger of NAI Wisinski of West Michigan assisted B2 Outlet Stores in securing a 7,320-square-foot location at 802 Edelweiss Village Parkway in Gaylord, Michigan.
B2 Outlet Stores is an off-price retailer with a mission to give back to communities and worldwide causes. B2 Outlet Stores carries a variety of merchandise, including clothing, shoes, furniture, appliances and general merchandise. A portion of all profits are donated to local and worldwide causes.
The grand-opening for the Gaylord location will be Aug. 8.
The original B2 Outlet Store opened in Hudsonville, Michigan in November of 2014. By the end of 2019, B2 Outlets will have opened 18 stores across three states.
