Baceline Investments, LLC, a private-equity real estate investment and management company with retail holdings throughout the central United States, has acquired three retail centers including Polo Shops in Memphis; Morse & Maize in Columbus, Ohio; and 48th & Vine Plaza in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Combined, the properties total 121,000 square feet.
Baceline now controls eight properties inside its Debt Free Income Fund IV in various markets across the central United States.
