Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, broke ground on a new office at 1528 Aurora Ave., in Naperville, Illinois. The 15,000-square-foot, built-to-suit office is designed to house up to 500 Baird & Warner agents when it opens in 2023.
The groundbreaking event was attended by company leadership and local dignitaries, including Naperville Mayor Steve Chirico; Baird & Warner VP of Residential Sales John Matthews; Baird & Warner VP and Designated Managing Broker Bill Gill; and President and CEO of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Kaylin Risvold.
Bill Gill, manager of Baird & Warner’s current Naperville location at 836 W. 75th St., will oversee the new hub, which will serve Naperville and surrounding southwest suburban communities. The office is designed to accommodate all three of Baird & Warner’s business lines – brokerage, mortgage and title – under a single roof, offering both agents and clients the convenience of a one-stop shopping experience.

Baird & Warner’s new Naperville office is developed by RX Health & Science Trust and designed by OKW Architects with DeJames Builders serving as general contractor. The new building is expected to open by December 2023.
