Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, announced it is growing its Chicagoland footprint with the addition of the 2GetMoving Realty team in Minooka, Illinois, and an expansion of its suburban headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
A team of 16 agents from 2GetMoving in southwest suburban Minooka, Illinois, has joined Baird & Warner and will remain in their existing location at 829 S. Ridge Road. Now renamed 2GetMoving/Baird & Warner, the Minooka team will be overseen by Steve Engel, managing broker of Baird & Warner’s Plainfield office, which is home to nearly 90 agents.
At the same time, Baird & Warner is expanding its suburban headquarters at 475 N. Martingale Road, located near the I-290 and Higgins Road interchange in Schaumburg, Illinois. The new build-out will span more than 21,000 square feet and occupy the entire 17th floor of the Woodfield Corporate Center, where the company has outgrown its current offices. When complete in mid-February 2023, the space will serve as a model for Baird & Warner’s uniquely integrated approach to homeownership, housing all three of its wholly-owned businesses: residential sales, Key Mortgage Services and Baird & Warner Title Services, as well as human resources, technology and marketing teams.
In addition to increasing its presence in Minooka and Schaumburg, Baird & Warner recently opened a new office in Berwyn, Illinois, that features a first-of-its-kind community resource center to help inform and empower new homebuyers. This fall, the company also announced an expansion to Naples, Florida, Baird & Warner’s first location outside of the Chicagoland area. And on Nov. 30, Baird & Warner broke ground on a new 15,000-square-foot, build-to-suit office in Naperville, Illinois, that will house up to 500 agents when it opens in 2023.
