BakerHostetler’s Chicago office adds member of Community Development team

Nicholas Carson joined law firm BakerHostetler’s Chicago office as a partner in the firm’s Business Practice Group and a member of the Community Development team.

Carson joins from an Am Law 200 firm, where he was a partner in the tax credit group, focusing on tax-advantaged investing transactions in historic, new markets, energy and affordable housing tax credits.

This is the second straight week a partner was added to BakerHostetler’s Business Practice Group in Chicago, as Mary Waller joined on June 22.

BakerHostetler’s Community Development team brings together more than 25 attorneys from across the country who have affordable housing and tax credit transaction capabilities.
