Balke Brown Transwestern has reached an agreement with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s University Park to market and develop 330 acres of land on the campus in Edwardsville, Illinois.
Balke Brown Transwestern has begun exclusively providing real estate consulting and development services to the university’s University Park.
Balke Brown Transwestern plans to bring national and regional companies to the campus to build commercial office, research and development and technology centers to the land. There will also be residential and retail opportunities with this project.
