Bamboo Equity Partners closed on the acquisition of 11700 Olive Boulevard, a two-story, 32,000-square-foot retail building located on 3.08 acres in Creve Coeur, Missouri, in the St. Louis market. The transaction closed May 30.

Positioned along Olive Boulevard across from City Place with visibility to more than 40,000 vehicles per day and immediate access to Interstate 270, the property offers unmatched convenience and exposure. Bamboo plans to implement a targeted value-add strategy, focused on enhancing the asset through cosmetic and functional capital improvements while capitalizing on Creve Coeur’s extremely tight retail market conditions.

In addition to the primary building, the acquisition includes adjacent land totaling 1.81 acres available for development. The properties are poised for strong leasing activity given the limited supply of quality retail space in the area.

Oakline Studio has been selected as the primary architect and designer for the reposition of 11700 Olive Boulevard. Known for their creative approach and deep expertise in retail environments, Oakline Studio will lead the visioning and design strategy to enhance both the visual appeal and functional layout of the property. Oakline Construction Group, a trusted national general contractor, will oversee the buildout and capital improvement efforts. Together, the vertically integrated Artori Group teams will deliver a cohesive transformation that maximizes the property’s potential and ensures it meets the needs of today’s modern retail tenants.

Bamboo Equity Partners intends to position the property to attract high-quality occupants through targeted improvements and thoughtful leasing strategy, taking full advantage of the property’s visibility, access, and adaptability.
