Bamboo Equity Partners acquired a 120,702-square-foot office building in Clayton, Missouri.
Parkway Tower, at 225-235 S. Meramec, is the third asset in the firm’s Bamboo Micro Opportunity Fund I, which focuses on income-generating real estate investments in Midwest markets.
Parkway Tower features more than 70 office suites with occupancy rates near 80 percent. Anchor tenants include the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, Bruntager & Billings and Small Patent Law Group.
Bamboo plans improvements to the building.
Intelica CRE has been hired to handle the leasing and management of the building.
