Bank Midwest, a division of NBH Bank, recently renewed its commitment to downtown Kansas City, Missouri, by extending its lease within the Town Pavilion. In addition, Bank Midwest will renovate its space to create an enhanced environment within its corporate office and banking center.

Bank Midwest’s space in Town Pavilion spans more than 56,000 square feet across the first, third, 27th and 28th floors of the building. The renovated space will feature new collaboration areas, flex working space and breakrooms with scenic views and enhanced amenities for Bank Midwest’s associates.

Bank Midwest’s first-floor banking center space will be remodeled to further complement Town Pavilion’s recent lobby renovations, which provided art-focused upgrades and expanded retail offerings.

Ryan Biery, Senior Vice President at Copaken Brooks, represented Town Pavilion in the transaction and Tom Volini, Executive Vice President at Colliers represented Bank Midwest.
