Banner Storage Group, LLC has closed on its second self-storage development site, a 22,224-square-foot land parcel at 1807 W. Devon Ave. in the Edgewater neighborhood of Chicago.
The six-story, 118,000-square-foot development will consist of more than 1,200 individual, fully climate controlled self-storage units ranging in size from 4-inch-by-4-inch stacked locker units to large 10-foot-by-30-foot units that can store an entire home’s furnishings.
Designed by the Chicago architecture firm of Loebl, Schlossman & Hackl, the facility is expected to break ground in July of 2014 and open in the Spring of 2015.
