CBRE has announced the leasing of 30,000 square feet at 1700 S. Butterfield Road in Mundelein by Barnett Capital to The Alternative Source Medical LLC.
1700 S. Butterfield has 60,000 square feet total space with 20-foot clear height and 2,312 square feet of office space. The 3.06 acre site is situated at the full interchange of I-94 and Route 60.
Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham represented Barnett Capital, and Tom Boyle and Jared Paff of Newmark Knight Frank Epic represented the tenant, The Alternative Source Medical.
