The Barry Company closed a 102,000-square-foot lease of industrial space at 10100 Jelly Belly Lane in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Ruse-Oleum has entered into a long-term lease with Jelly Belly Candy Company at the site. Rust-Oleum will use the space for warehouse and distribution purposes.
Kevin Barry and David Buckley, with The Barry Company, brokered the transaction.
Jelly Belly Candy Company will continue to occupy the remaining 132,000 square feet in the building.
