The Barry Company closed the sale of Badger Mutual Insurance Company’s 33,000-square-foot headquarters property at 1635 W. National Ave. in Milwaukee.
The Barry Company also negotiated the sale of neighboring properties at 1551 W. National Ave. and 824, 828 and 834 S. 17th St. All properties were sold to SSCHC Real Estate, Inc., a Wisconsin non-stock corporation.
The tenant, Sixteenth Street Clinic, plans to use the building for office space and a behavioral health clinic. Milwaukee County might also lease some space in the building.
