The Barry Company sold the 37,605-square-foot industrial building at 2713 Nicholas Road in Franksville, Wisconsin, to Chicago’s Imperial Group. The sale closed at $1.63 million.
The property features multiple cranes, reinforced concrete floors and a location in the Interstate-94 corridor. Imperial Group will use the facility for its scrap-metal recycling and processing business.
The Nicholas Road facility formerly housed Norco Manufacturing, which expanded into a newly built 124,000-square-foot industrial facility a mile away in the DeBack Farms industrial park in Caledonia, Wisconsin.
