Milwaukee’s The Barry Company recently sold a 68,000-square-foot industrial facility at 901 Maxwell St. in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
The 5.7-acre property was purchased by Lake Geneva Self Storage, LLC. The new owner will convert the property to self-storage use.
Kevin Barry, executive vice president of The Barry Company, handled the transaction for the seller, Everett Smith Group.
