The Barry Company recently sold a parcel of land at the intersection of Highway-142 and Interstate-94 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The 0.79-acre site is located adjacent to Amazon’s 1.5-million-square-foot distribution campus and east of Uline’s 880,000-square-foot warehouse. The property was purchased by S&L Properties Kenosha 142 LLC, which will build a Culver’s restaurant on the site.
Tom Treder of Founders 3 represented the buyer in this transaction. Kevin Barry, with The Barry Company, represented the seller. He will continue to market for sale a 3.44-acre land parcel directly south of the new Culver’s location.
