Located adjacent to the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center arena, the three-story property features about 2,200 square feet of restaurant space on the gorund level.
Old World Third Properties LLC purchased the property for $882,000 from McNulty Holdings LLC with the goal of opening a new restaurant and bar at the location.
