Baum Realty Group, LLC, has sold four consecutive buildings with over 31,000 square feet of retail and loft space in the heart of the West Loop / Fulton Market District. The buildings are located at 1015 – 1021 W. Lake Street.
Baum’s Investment Sales Team, Danny Spitz and Greg Dietz represented both parties in an off-market transaction. The buildings sold for $4,500,000 to a private investment fund.
The team was able to procure competitive offers without publicly marketing the investment opportunity.
