Danny Spitz and Greg Dietz of Baum Realty Group recently sold a trophy mixed use property, MCM Plaza, located at 1500 N. Damen Ave. in the Bucktown/Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago for $13.2 million.
The property sits on an acre of land and includes more than 18,000 square feet of retail and 18 two-bed/two-bath apartments. The retail is anchored by PNC Bank and 7-11 with a mix of local and regional tenants. The quick cash transaction was a sold to Newcastle Limited, a Chicago-based institutional real estate company.
