Baum Realty Group closed the sale of a 3,600-square-foot multi-tenant retail property leased to Starbucks and Rosati’s Pizza in Valparaiso, Indiana.
The property is an outparcel of a Strack & Van Til grocery store-anchored shopping center.
Patrick Forkin, vice president of investment sales at Baum, represented the seller in this transaction, a private regional investor. Starbuck’s recently extended its lease for an additional 10 years.
