Baum Realty Group, LLC is now celebrating more than just its 25th anniversary this year. The firm recently announced it has added 15 new tenants to its list of clients.

According to Baum’s new President, Mike Demetriou, the firm’s site selection experts have been in hot demand recently.

“Our Tenant Representation division represents several amazing, new brands beginning their expansion into Chicagoland. Blo, Honeygrow, Massage Heights, New York Kids Club, PDQ and YellowKorner are just a few of the brands that have chosen Baum to help site their first Chicago locations,” Demetriou said,

Glaze Teriyaki and Naf Naf Grill, which were already operating in Chicago, recently selected Baum as their exclusive tenant representation team.

Three additional clients, who are not yet seeking publicity, have also selected Baum for their Chicago roll-outs.
