Baum Realty Investment has announced that its sales team has completed the sale of 3330 Central Street, in Evanston, Illinois.
Baum Realty Group Investment Sales Team of Greg Dietz and Danny Spitz represented a private seller in the transaction of a nearly 3,235-square-foot strip center for $2,347,250.
The strip center is divided into three suites and was 100% occupied by Starbucks, Subway and Kenny the Kleeners. The property was purchased by a private out of state investor as part of a 1031 exchange.
It sold at 99 percent of the asking price for $726 per square foot. It is 100 percent occupied with a dedicated Starbucks drive-thru lane.
