B+E closes sale of Advance Auto property in Peru

B+E brokered the sale of the Advanced Auto property at 1600 36th Ave. in Peru, Illinois, for more than $1.59 million.

The 6,985-square-foot property sits on 0.97 acres. 

The buyer is a 1031 buyer and the seller is a developer.
