Bear Construction completed a 98,000-square-foot build-out for Chicago Title and Trust at 10 S. LaSalle St., Chicago.
The single-phase project was managed by Bear’s Project Executive Ben Miles and supervised by Mark Harrison. HOK Architects and Kent Consulting Engineers provided architectural and engineering services for this project.
CBRE’s Carrie Fitzpatrick represented the tenant as project manager and Ken Hanson with Madison LaSalle Partners represented owners.
Bear Construction completed the four-floor project in 105 days.
