Fromm International signed a long-term 73,000-square-foot lease at Briarwood Business Center, 603 Dempster Street, in Mount Prospect, Illinois.

Briarwood Business Center is a two-building, 460,000-square-foot industrial complex situated on a 14-acre site on the south side of Dempster Street, just west of Elmhurst Road. Built in 2006, the buildings have 30-foot clear-height ceilings, two drive-in doors each, and 196 combined parking spaces.

Fromm International is a leading marketer of supplies to the professional beauty industry. The company’s products include cutlery, salon apparel, combs, brushes and other salon tools.

Avison Young Principals, Brett Kroner and Keith Puritz, as well as Eric Fischer, a senior vice president in the Chicago office, represented the tenant, Fromm International. The landlord, Dallas-based Clarion Partners, was represented by Tom Rodeno and Matthew Stauber of Colliers International.
