Beech Street Capital closed an $8.3 million Fannie Mae conventional loan for the acquisition of Walnut Creek apartments, a 286-unit multi-family property in Florence, Kentucky, a suburb in the Cincinnati MSA.
Joel Mazur, vice president of originations in Beech Street’s Chicago office, originated the transaction.
