Chicago-based Belgravia Group, Ltd. began construction this week on its latest condominium development, CA6 West Loop, located at 305-323 S. Racine Avenue in Chicago. The 72-unit, seven-story building, which is expected to deliver its first homes in summer 2022, is already nearly 45 percent sold.

Floor plans range from three-bedroom/three-bath, 2,160-square-foot residences priced from $837,900 to 3,103-square-foot four-bedroom duplexes with rooftop terraces starting at $1,685,900. Select terrace homes are priced from $885,900 and offer up to 736 square feet of outdoor space.
With buyers placing a premium on homes that offer privacy, space and access to the outdoors, including features like direct elevator access to a private vestibule, floor plans with bedroom wings, home offices, primary suites with private balconies and up to two walk-in closets and multiple outdoor areas for entertaining and al fresco dining have been very popular at CA6. Belgravia even had to add extra duplex penthouse homes to CA6 after it sold out of its initial five duplexes during the building’s first week of sales in 2020.
