Andy Effler has been hired as vice president and loan originator based in the Columbus, Ohio, office of Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC.
Effler has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate investments in multiple capacities.
Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Effler spent six years at JLL in the Columbus office. During that time, he was a top producer in the firm’s brokerage services platform, specializing as an office tenant representative working with organizations across the country on leasing and purchasing decisions within their office portfolios.
Effler earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Toledo.
