Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC has originated a $4.7 million loan out of its Cincinnati office for the financing of Harbour Town Apartments. The multi-family property is located in Noblesville, Ind., and is owned by EMK Morse, LLC.
Harbour Town Apartments is a 104-unit property that offers residents a range of amenities, including boat docks, walking trails, a fitness center and a swimming pool.
The loan for the property was placed with Bank of America’s CMBS lending platform.
