Bellwether hires senior vice president in Cincinnati office

Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC (BWE) has hired Corey Focke as senior vice president in the company’s Cincinnati office.

Focke will be responsible for arranging debt and equity financing for variety of real estate assets, including multi-family, industrial, office, retail and hospitality.

Focke brings more than 15 years of mortgage banking experience, including with federally-backed multifamily financing. Before joining BWE, Focke was a senior vice president and senior loan officer with PNC Bank, where he was responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Federal Housing Authority loans with sponsors in the Midwest.

Since entering the agency space in 2016, Focke has originated $1.3 billion in agency loans across the country. Previously, Focke had worked in mortgage banking with BlueMark Capital, as well as in construction and mini-permanent loans with PNC Bank.

Focke earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with a focus in finance and real estate, from the University of Cincinnati. He currently serves as a board member of the University of Cincinnati College of Business Finance Advisory Board.
