Benson-Orth General Contractors recently began work on a tenant build-out for a hockey equipment retailer in Burnsville, Minn.
The project includes the build-out of an 11,000-square-foot sales floor and a 5,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution center. This Total Hockey store will be located in the Cobblestone Court retail center in Burnsville.
The build-out will mark the third Total Hockey outlet in the Twin Cities area.
