Berglund Construction Company has announced the hiring of Joe Hirsch as director of business development, and the appointment of JoAnna Baum as firmwide senior manager of Creative Services.
Based in Berglund’s downtown Chicago office, Hirsch is focused on supporting the organization’s business development strategy, particularly in assisting clients in selecting the best construction delivery solution for their building and renovation needs. He has 30 years of experience in civic, educational, government, industrial, institutional and real estate development markets and most recently was with Opus Design Build.
Baum has 10 years of experience in building brand identity, marketing, print design, photography and process of visual communication here in Chicago, most recently at ULTA Beauty Inc. She will help Berglund with their marketing, design and web.
